5 ingredient brownie




1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 T apple sauce
1/3 cup honey
4 eggs
1 T vanilla extract (optional)


Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8 inch square baking dish with coconut oil.
Place a wide skillet with about one inch of water on a burner.
Place your chocolate in a heatproof bowl, and set the bowl directly in the water.
Bring the water to a simmer, then turn off the flame and let the chocolate sit until it is melted and smooth.
Remove bowl from heat, then stir in apple sauce, honey. Eggs, and vanilla
Pour batter into baking dish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
Let cool for 1 hour.
