Balsamic bruschetta fish

3-4 fish fillets
3 T balsamic vinegar
2T olive oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced


Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl and stir.  Add fish and marinade for couple hours.

When you’re ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place fish and marinade in baking dish.  Top with diced tomatoes and onion.  Cook until fish is cooked through.
