Coconut Cereal (gluten-free)

This cereal is wheat free, gluten free and totally delicious!  It’s my interpretation of Slow Toasted Flakes Cereal, which was out of stock at the time.  3 ingredients – easy peasy!


2 cups unsweetened coconut chips
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup fruit of choice, washed and sliced


In a large skillet over medium high heat, dry roast coconut chips until golden brown and fragrant.  Remove from heat and pour desired amount of cereal into a bowl.   Add milk and fruit.  Enjoy!
