Vegan Cookies (no butter, sugar or flour)



These cookies are made without any butter, sugar or  flour.   Coconut oil, apple sauce and bananas make these cookies are super moist, yummy and healthy!


3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips or raisins)
1/3 cup walnuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas with a fork. Mix in 1/3 cup apple sauce, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and combine thoroughly.

Add 2 cups oats, 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1/3 cup walnuts and mix everything together. Using a spoon, scoop dough onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
