Japchae Spaghetti (gluten-free)


The noodles in the traditional Korean Japchae dish is called dangmyun.  It is made from sweet potato starch.  When buying dangmyun, pay attention to the ingredients as some brands add preservatives.  Look for a brand that contains only sweet potato or sweet potato starch.

Sweet potato vermicelli (aka Dangmyun), cut in half
1 28 oz marinara sauce (look for a clean one without preservatives or added sugar)
1 lb grass fed beef
vegetables of choice

1. Heat large pan over medium high and drizzle EVOO. Cook beef thoroughly. Add marinara sauce and vegetables. Simmer.
2. Bring water to boil in large pot. Add noodles to water and turn off heat. Noodles will be tender in 5 minutes. Drain water.
3. Serve noodles with sauce. Enjoy!
