7 Peanut Sauce Recipes

Peanut Sauce (Paleo Version #1)
1 T coconut oil
1/2 -1 T red curry paste
2 c coconut milk
1/2 c almond butter
2 t fish sauce
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T honey

In a medium saucepan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, and stir in the curry paste until fragrant.  Stir in the coconut milk, almond butter, fish sauce, vinegar and honey, whisking constantly as sauce comes to boil.  Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.  (Recipe from Paleo Comfort Foods)

Peanut Sauce (Paleo Version #2)
1/4 c almond butter or sunflower seed butter, unsweetened
3 T coconut milk
2 t coconut aminos
2 t fresh lime juice
1/2 clove garlic, peeled and grated
1/4 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated

Peanut Sauce (Daniel Fast Version)
4 heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter
1 cup hot water
¼ cup sesame oil
3 T apple cider vinegar
2 T tamari

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and stir until peanut butter is dissolved and smooth.

Peanut Sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 T raw honey
3 T rice wine vinegar (or apple cider)

Peanut Sauce
1/4 c coconut milk
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c chicken stock
1 1/2 T brown sugar or raw honey
1 T lime juice
1/2 T fish sauce

Peanut Dressing (from YourBuddhi)
1/4 c raw peanut butter
1/4 c coconut water
1/2 c apple cider or rice vinegar
3 T honey
1 t salt
1 T tamari or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 T raw sesame oil

Spicy Peanut Sauce
2 T peanut butter
2 T rice vinegar (or something acidic like 1/2 lemon or orange)
1 T coconut aminos
2 t honey
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 g cayenne pepper
1-2 T water to thin sauce if necessary
salt and pepper to taste
