Gluten-free peanut butter muffins

Recipe adapted from 5 Ingredient Blender Muffins. 1/2 c peanut butter 1 banana 1 egg 2 T honey 1/4 c tapioca flour Combine all ingredients until smooth.  Fill muffin cup with batter and bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
