Tuna on jicama

Ingredients
2 5oz cans of wild tuna (pole and troll caught)
1/4 onion, diced
couple fistfuls of fresh dill
2-3 T Paleo mayo or Greek yogurt
fresh cracked pepper to taste
1 large jicama

Directions

1.  Drain tuna and scoop into large bowl.  Break up the tuna chunks with fork.  Add onion and dill.  Fold in mayo or yogurt and mix.  Add pepper.  Allow to marinate.

2.  Peel jicama and cut into slices.

3.  Spoon tuna onto jicama slices.
