- Stewed apples are highly effective in repopulating gut with good bacteria and help repair gut lining damage that may occur due to taking antibiotics. Wash 3-4 apples, dice them with skins on, put them in pot with 1/3 water. Add cinnamon or raisins. Cook 8-10 minutes, until skin starts to shine. Pectin is a fiber inside the skin that helps to seal gut lining.

- Pomegranate juice helps rebuild good bacteria.
